You can request a copy of your personal data directly through your user account.
How it works
- Log in to your user account.
- Open "My newhome".
- Go to "User Account".
- In the "Login Details" section, click "Request Data Access".
- Complete the form and click "Request Data Access".
Your request will then be processed, and a copy of your personal data will be provided in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations.
