- Log in to your user account on newhome.ch.
- Open the "My Listings" section.
- Select the listing you would like to copy.
- Click "Manage Listing" for the relevant listing..
- Select "Copy Listing".
- You can change the main property type and switch between "For Sale" and "For Rent".
A new listing will be created based on the selected listing, which you can then edit and publish as needed.
